3 Must Mix Absolut Elyx Cocktails

Cocktail extraordinaire and CEO of Absolut Elyx, Jonas Tahlin has curated his favorite summertime sips that are guaranteed to cool you off.
The Ocean Drive
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Elyx
- 2 oz. Passion Fruit Puree or Fresh Pulp
- 1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Agave Syrup
- 2 Pinches Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Kafflir Lime Leaves
Vessel: Copper Pineapple
Garnish: Dried Whole Chilli and Passion Fruit
Preparation: Muddle kaffir lime leaves, add other ingredients. Shake and strain into copper pineapple over cubed ice. Cap with crushed ice and garnish.
Orchard
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Elyx
- 1/2 oz. Calvados
- 2 1/2 oz. Pear Juice
- 2 1/2 oz. Lapsang Souchong Tea
- 1 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Sugar Syrup
Vessel: Copper Pineapple
Garnish: Pear Essence and Dried Lemon Slice
Preparation: Shake and strain into copper pineapple over cubed ice. Cap with crushed ice and garnish.
Palomino
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Elyx
- 1 oz. Fino Sherry
- 1 Freshly Chopped Orange Wedge (Squeezed and Discarded)
- Top Tonic Water
Vessel: Highball
Garnish: Orange Wedge
Preparation: Build in a highball glass over cubed ice.
