Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. 123 Organic Tequila Blanco (Uno)
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Agave
  • 2 Heaping Bar Spoons of Apricot Jam
  • 2 Dashes Scrappy’s Habanero Bitters
  • 2 Dashes Lemon Bitters
  • Float of Tempranillo
  • Edible Flower

Preparation: Build 123 Organic Tequila Blanco, Lemon Juice, Agave, Habanero and Lemon Bitters, and Apricot Jam into a shaker. Add ice and shake. Fine strain into a double rocks glass. Add one large cube and float 1/2 oz of Tempranillo Wine and add an edible flower for garnish.
