10 years of Craft Cocktails At Tao, Las Vegas

TAO Las Vegas will celebrate its 10th anniversary this September.
Throughout the years, the cocktail menu has evolved and changed, yet three drinks have stood the test of time and have been on the menu since day one. They look timeless, give them a mix.
Lychee Martini
A TAO staple – very fresh, light Lychee flavored cocktail served Martini-style.
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 oz. Absolut Elyx Vodka
- 1 oz. Lychee Infused Syrup
- Lychee Garnish
Preparation: Add all ingredients minus the garnish into a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a martini glass and add garnish.
TAO-Tini
Tropical flavors served in a classic Martini glass tastes like you are relaxing on the beach.
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 oz. Belvedere Mango Passion Vodka
- 1 3/4 oz. Malibu
- 1/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
- 1/2 oz. Sweet & Sour
- 3 Raspberries, Garnished on Bamboo Skewer
Preparation: Add all ingredients minus the garnish into a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a martini glass and add garnish.
TAO-Hito
TAO’s take on a classic mojito featuring Mount Gay XO Rum.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz. Mt. Gay XO Rum
- 1/2 oz. Cointreau
- 4 oz. Ripe Agave Mojito Juice
- Mint Garnish
Preparation: Add in glass, rum, Cointreau and ripe agave juice (Blend of cold pressed lime juice, mint oil and agave nectar). Fill with ice and garnish with mint sprig.
